Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is partnering with a Top 10 firm in Dublin to appoint a Tax Director who can step into a high-impact role with a clear runway to Partnership. You will work directly with the Head of Tax, leading a diverse portfolio of Irish groups, multinationals and high-growth businesses.

You'll advise on restructuring, international tax and succession planning, build and mentor a team, drive business development and own key client relationships, with a real seat at the table on

Qualifications

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) with 8+ years in practice.
• Strong advisory background and comfortable in rooms with senior decision-makers.
• Commercially minded, ambitious, and ready to own it.
• Leads teams, builds relationships, and actually enjoys both.
