• Business Development – Driving growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
• Team Development – Mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals to build a high-performing function
• Strategic Input – Contributing to firm-wide strategy and growth initiatives at Partner level
• Market Presence – Representing the firm at industry events and building a strong external network
