Job summary

Strata Financial seeks an experienced Tax Assistant Manager to lead delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory tax services to a growing and diverse client base across Ireland. You will manage, review and complete a portfolio of corporate tax returns and related filings for corporate clients.

This role involves advising on income tax, partnership tax, VAT and capital taxes, while mentoring team members and shaping the future direction of the tax function within the firm.

Qualifications

• Chartered Tax Advisor and ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification tax experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax returns and related filings for corporate clients.
• Review income tax and partnership tax returns for private clients.
• Provide advice on capital gains tax matters and planning opportunities.
• Advise on capital taxes for corporate and personal clients with reliefs.
• Deliver VAT and indirect tax advice on client matters (including property).
• Prepare ad hoc tax planning reports across multiple tax heads.
• Research complex tax issues (R&D credits, Interest Limitation Rules).
