Job summary

Sisk, based at Citywest, Dublin, is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will source, screen and engage candidates, manage applications in the ATS and work with hiring teams to prioritise resourcing plans.

The successful candidate has at least three years' recruitment experience, a strong grasp of the full lifecycle, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in internal or agency recruitment.
• Proficient in full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand resourcing plans.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support the selection process.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
