Job summary

Ryanair are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group. The role partners with Hiring Managers to deliver efficient, quality hires with 360 recruitment across business areas.

Responsibilities include owning the full recruitment process, managing ATS-based queries, delivering interviews and offers, and promoting Ryanair at events. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HR, TA or agency experience desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and efficient at multi-tasking and highly organised.
• Adaptable to a fast paced always changing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Own the full recruitment process including partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, creating effective job descriptions and designing the recruitment strategy.
• Manage recruitment queries including applicant queries, role queries and email applications such as the ATS system.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process (advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, closing).
• Promote Ryanair as an employer of choice by attending exhibitions, hosting open days and university visits.
• Weekly reporting of recruitment activity.
• Oversight of internal background check process.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Ryanair are currently recruiting for aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join Europe's Largest Airline Group

Our recruitment team is one of the best and busiest in Europe. They are responsible for over 10K hires per year and are constantly travelling to events around Europe and beyond to promote a career in Ryanair to potential talent.

The successful candidate will act as a 'Business Partner' and work closely with Hiring Managers for the delivery of efficient and quality hires with 360 recruitment in their business areas and assist in other areas when required.

Duties include;

• Owning the full recruitment process including partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, creating effective job descriptions and designing the recruitment strategy for open roles across a range of business areas.
• Management and maintenance of all recruitment related queries including applicant queries, role queries and email applications such as the ATS system.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process (advertising, screening of candidates, shortlisting, facilitating interviews, extending offers, closing candidates)
• Promoting Ryanair as an employer of choice byattending various exhibitions, hosting open days and university visits.
• Weekly reporting of recruitment activity.
• Oversight of internal background check process
• Ad hoc duties as required.
