Job summary

3Q Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Healthcare & Social Care in Dublin to identify, attract, and build relationships with healthcare professionals across Ireland. This is a specialist sourcing role focusing on social care, nursing, radiography and allied health, developing pipelines for permanent and temporary vacancies.

You will proactively source candidates, engage and qualify them, and work toward measurable targets with a target-based commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Identifying talent for current and upcoming healthcare and social care vacancies.
• Building specialist candidate pipelines and talent communities.
• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates before introducing suitable talent to recruiters.
• Reconnecting with existing candidates and developing referral opportunities.
• Conducting market mapping across priority healthcare disciplines.
• Building genuine, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and sourcing information within recruitment systems.
• Working towards clear talent acquisition and conversion targets.

3Q Recruitment is growing our team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Healthcare & Social Care to identify, attract and build relationships with healthcare professionals across Ireland. This is a specialist candidate sourcing and talent attraction role not a traditional 360 recruitment position. Initially, you'll develop talent pipelines across Social Care, Nursing, Radiography and Allied Health, helping our recruitment team fill permanent and temporary healthcare vacancies.

A Role Where Your Results Are Rewarded

This is a commercial, target-driven position where your contribution can be clearly measured. Success will be based on the quality and volume of qualified candidates you generate, candidate conversion and successful placements. You'll receive a salary of €35,000€45,000, alongside target-based commission. Commission is payable on eligible candidates sourced by you who progress to successful placements through the 3Q Recruitment team.

You'll need to be comfortable proactively approaching candidates, rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
