Job summary

McKesson in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month FTC. The role combines strategic sourcing with local market insight to attract top talent across Ireland, the UK, the US and Canada, with a strong focus on Cork.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders, coach interviewers, and drive a digital-first approach using AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years' corporate recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume recruitment with quality focus.
• Strong direct sourcing skills, including Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Confidence using AI, automation and recruiting tech to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative recruitment strategies across Ireland, the UK, the US and Canada, with a strong focus on Cork and the Irish market.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing tools, networking and market mapping.
• Use AI, automation and the latest recruiting tech to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement and hiring manager insight.
• Turn local market insight into practical hiring advice on compensation trends and candidate expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and leaders to hire the right people at the right time.
• Coach hiring managers on effective, fair interviewing and selection practices.
• Keep the hiring process moving with urgency and high service levels.
• Support hiring managers in building competitive offer packages.
• Champion referrals, internal networks and talent communities as part of proactive sourcing.
• Use recruiting metrics and talent intelligence to improve decision-making and candidate experience.
