Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to optimize recruitment processes across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes compliance, documentation, and AI-enabled efficiencies, partnering with HR, Legal, and Payroll to support recruiters and candidates.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with ATS platforms like iCIMS or SuccessFactors, delivering efficient, scalable hiring operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements across EMEA.
• Ability to improve processes and build operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage preboarding activities, employment documentation, offer letters, contracts, and hiring-related correspondence.
• Support recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle and act as a resource for processes, systems, and policies.
• Coordinate background screening, right-to-work verification, immigration, and other country-specific requirements.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Immigration, and other stakeholders to ensure local employment law compliance.
• Monitor recruiting processes for compliance and identify risks.
• Drive operational improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies to improve quality and speed.
• Maintain training materials and process documentation.
• Deliver training and communications related to recruiter processes and compliance.
• Support requisition and offer approvals, referral administration, and TA tickets.
