Walkers, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Systems Support Analyst for its Dublin office. This onsite role supports the IT Service Delivery team and helps colleagues with computer and application issues.

You will work with Windows, Office, Aderant Expert, and iManage, delivering excellent customer service to lawyers and staff across Dublin and global offices. The role involves a 9:00–17:30 daily schedule on-site, with weekend on-call rotations and occasional outside-hours work as

• A bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent and experience in a similar systems support role/IT Service Desk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems (desktop and server), Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Cloud, Group Policy, and SCCM.
• Experience with ViewPoint, Aderant Expert and iManage.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

• Image, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; assist with repairs and upgrades.

• Support AV, video conferencing, VoIP telephony, and meeting room setups.
• Administer user accounts for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Execute Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) tasks including account setup, hardware provisioning, and desk moves.
• Monitor and manage IT inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery

The Role

OFFICE: Dublin (Fully Onsite)

This is a support position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge. The Systems Support Analyst provides a customer interface for the IT Service Delivery team through the day-to-day operation and management of Walkers' IT Service Desk.

The Systems Support Analyst's principal duties are the support of Walkers' employees in the use of their computers and associated applications including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Aderant Expert, and iManage.

The successful candidate will provide support on the standard set of applications that are used by our lawyers, professionals and business services teams locally in Dublin and throughout our global offices, therefore the successful candidate must possess some level of expertise in Microsoft desktop operating systems, applications, and deployment and management systems. The successful candidate must also demonstrate the highest levels of customer service ability.

Education, Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent and experience in a similar systems support role/IT Service Desk
• Microsoft Windows operating systems (desktop and server), Microsoft Active Directory, and fundamental networking and communications technologies.
• Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Cloud, Group Policy, and SCCM.
• ViewPoint, Aderant Expert and iManage.
• Appreciation of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

Working Arrangements

• This is an onsite role requiring attendance from 9am to 5.30pm in our Dublin office on a 5-days per week basis
• Participation in an on-call rotation that requires some weekend work on a scheduled basis (not more than 12 weekends per year) with appropriate time-off-in-lieu.
• Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside normal working hours/days as required when requested.
• Travel to regional offices as required.
