Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to translate business challenges into end-to-end integration solutions. Based in County Kerry with hybrid working arrangements, you will design interactions between platforms, applications and data to deliver outcomes.

You will own initiatives end-to-end, manage integration risks, and support testing, release activities, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering solutions with multiple integrated systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, middleware, and event-based processing.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience in structured or governed delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into end-to-end integration solutions.
• Design how platforms, apps, integrations, and data flows interact to deliver outcomes.
• Produce high-quality solution design artefacts including functional designs, system interaction diagrams, and integration flows
• Independently own multiple initiatives from solution definition through to implementation and BAU handover
• Manage system dependencies, integration risks, and delivery impacts
• Support build, testing, acceptance, and release activities to ensure outcomes align with design intent
• Provide solution and integration design expertise to support larger roadmap programmes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation, or orchestration
• Design how AI-enabled and automated capabilities integrate into existing systems and workflows
• Engage confidently with client-facing and senior internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert
• Communicate complex integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Open to strong, relevant grad profiles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions involving multiple integrated systems
• Strong understanding of systems integration concepts - APIs, data flows, middleware, and event-based processing
• Demonstrated ability to own initiatives end-to-end with limited supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in structured or governed delivery environments

  Requirements

  • Nice to have Experience delivering AI-enabled, automation, or orchestration solutions
  • Background in customer contact or CX technology environments - CRM, or digital channels
  • Experience working with third-party technology vendors or delivery partners
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
