Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Systems Engineer for AI/DSP and sensor technology in Cork, Ireland (onsite). You will lead end-to-end systems projects, from requirements to software implementation, and collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineers.

Responsibilities include algorithm development in MATLAB and Python, DSP optimization, embedded C/C++, and mentoring junior engineers while communicating results to product management.

Qualifications

• Analytical engineer with strong DSP foundation and fast-paced problem solving.
• Solid embedded programming experience for C/C++ on constrained hardware.
• Experience with sensor systems and ML-inference on edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems projects end-to-end from requirements to software implementation.
• Develop and validate sensor algorithms using MATLAB and Python.
• Balance performance, memory, and power with DSP decisions; mentor juniors.
