Responsibilities

• Support Linux machines across the globe to ensure reliability of Google's content delivery and compute infrastructure.
• Partner with Internet Service Providers to provide remote troubleshooting and IP networking support.
• Participate in follow-the-sun operations during Dublin core hours.
• Identify and implement projects to automate and improve support and onboard new hardware and services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, hardware vendors, product managers, and partners.
