Aura Swim Coordinator role in Ireland leads the Aura Swim Programmes, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and performance of pool activities. You will manage swim teachers, market the programmes, and build relationships with local groups and schools.

The position focuses on service excellence, team leadership and delivering a safe, inclusive learning environment. A Level II Swim Teacher qualification and strong communication are essential.

• Experience in developing programmes is an advantage.
• Results driven with commercial understanding and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive service excellence and manage day-to-day operations of Aura Swim Programmes.
• Coordinate Swim Programmes to maintain high standards.
• Recruit, manage, train and develop swim teachers; coordinate marketing and relationships with local groups.
• Attend meetings with other Swim Coordinators to ensure consistent delivery.
