Gym Plus is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our team in Rathfarnham. The role is part-time with permanent status, delivering Swim Ireland lessons in a friendly, safety-conscious environment.

The position requires at least Level 1 qualification (Ireland) with Lifeguard cert preferred or willingness to upskill. Shifts Tue–Fri afternoons, Sat 9–2, plus some Sundays; pay €16.00–€18.00 per hour, 20 hours per week, on-site work.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 1 Swim Ireland/STA/Water Safety Ireland qualification.
• Lifeguard qualification preferred or willingness to upskill.

Mansioni

• Deliver Swim Ireland lesson programme to participants in a fun, high-standard manner.
• Ensure participant safety and help them reach their potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain a high standard of delivery of the Swim Ireland lesson programme in a fun and enjoyable way.
• Ensuring participants are always safe and reaching their potential.

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

• Ideally one years’ experience gained in a similar role.
• Qualified minimum level 1, through Swim Ireland, STA, or Water Safety Ireland.
• Preference for Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification.
• Lifeguard Qualified or if not, willing to upskill at the next available course.
• Friendly, Reliable and trustworthy

Shifts- Tuesday to Friday in the afternoon, Saturday 9-2 pm and some Sunday's.
