Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons to individuals and groups.
• Tailor lessons to meet the needs of swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about progress and lesson details.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and equipment.
• Assist in the promotion of swim programs and activities within the community.
