Resilience Healthcare in Ireland seeks a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support across residential and community services. You will help individuals achieve greater independence, develop life skills and participate in their communities, delivering high-quality care daily.

Qualificações

Qualification in Healthcare, Social Care or related discipline.
Excellent spoken and written English for daily communication.
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice.
Experience working in disability or social care and holding a driving licence.

Responsabilidades

Deliver high-quality person-centred support to individuals in residential and community settings.
Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals and monitor goals.
Support daily living tasks while maintaining dignity and respect.
Administer medication in line with policy and procedures.
Assist individuals to access their community and engage in activities.
Support daily household activities and education, employment, leisure goals.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes in all interactions.
