We are looking for Support Workers and Social Care Workers to deliver person-centred, holistic care to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities or autism in a residential setting-working alongside their circle of support to build independence, community inclusion, and equal citizenship.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in Ireland (Stamp 4, EU/EEA/UK Passport) required; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid Full Driving License required.
• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health or Social Care for Support Workers; QQI Level 7 in Health or Social Care (or equivalent) AND CORU registration for Social Care Worker.
• Age 23 or older for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
• Promote independence, community integration, and equal citizenship.
• Act as an advocate and involve service users in formulating care plans.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and social activities.
• Manage challenging behaviors using positive behavior support plans.
• Complete required reporting and actively participate in team meetings.

Residential Support Worker

Critical Requirements

• Right to Work: You MUST already hold full, unrestricted Right to Work in Ireland (Stamp 4, EU/EEA/UK Passport). No visa sponsorship is available.
• Driver's License: Valid Full Driving License required.
• Support Worker: Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health or Social Care for Support Workers and Minimum QQI Level 7 in Health or Social Care (or equivalent) AND CORU registration for Social Care Worker
• Age Requirement: Must be 23 or older for insurance purposes.

Role Details & Compensation

• Salary: €32,240 to €40,013 for Support Workers and €33,280 to €41,304 for Social Care Workers
• Locations: Mallow Co. Cork or Leamlara Co. Cork
• Job Type: Full-time & Part-timeavailable
• Shifts & Hours: 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM-8:00 PM and 8:00 PM-8:00 AM). Hours agreed upon offer; flexibility for 24/7 cover required.
• Reporting To: Team Lead.
• Probation & Vetting: 6 months probation. Subject to reference checks, Garda Vetting, and international security clearance (if resident abroad for >6 months post-age 16).
