Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a leading social care organisation to recruit Support Workers (Drivers) for agency (temporary) roles in Cavan. Full‑time lines are available with consistent Monday‑Friday hours from 9am to 4pm, offering stability and a strong work‑life balance in an intellectual disability day service.

Role includes transport support and working within a multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, or Social Care.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam).
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person‑centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a day service setting.
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and social inclusion.
• Assisting with daily activities, programmes, and community engagement.
• Providing transport support where required as part of the service.
• Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
