Enable Ireland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Adult Respite Services in Ard Na Mara, Ladybridge, Ballyhimkin, Cork. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care to children and adults with disabilities, within a supportive team.

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Support Worker to join our team in Adult Respite Services, Ard Na Mara,Ladybridge, Ballyhimkin, Cork. Contract Type: Permanent, Temporary, Relief Contract Hours: Part-time and Variable hours Salary Scale: €35,070 to 42,440 pro rata per annum. This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum pro-rata and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post: The role of Support worker is to work as part of a dedicated and innovative team to provide person centred services to children and adults with disabilities who attend Enable Ireland Services.
