Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Support Workers for temporary positions in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. You will support adults with intellectual disabilities within a community-based Day Service, helping to promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.

Service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with typical 6-hour shifts and 30 hours per week. This temporary role offers potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, or equivalent.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Full Manual Driver's Licence.
• Residency in Ireland with EU Passport, Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or Stamp 4 EUFam.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, or equivalent
• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is essential
• Full Manual Driver's License
• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU Passport, Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or Stamp 4 EUFam
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (required if you have lived outside of Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16)
