Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions are recruiting Support Workers for temporary agency work in a social care setting in Co. Leitrim. This role offers flexible day and night shifts, competitive pay, and support from a dedicated recruitment team.

To apply, you should have QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing or Social Care, at least 6 months’ experience, a full clean licence, and permission to work in Ireland. Garda Vetting and police clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, or Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a support or social care setting.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
• Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam).
• International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred support to individuals in line with their care plans.
• Supporting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion in daily activities.
• Assisting with personal care and day-to-day living tasks as required.
• Encouraging social engagement and community participation.
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
