Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Support Workers for temporary positions in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

You will support adults with intellectual disabilities within a community-based Day Service setting, helping to promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion. Service hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, with typical shifts of 6 hours (9:00am – 3:00pm or 12:00pm – 6:00pm), totaling 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is essential.
• Full manual driving license and eligibility to reside in Ireland.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, or equivalent
• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is essential
• Full Manual Driver’s License
• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU Passport, Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or Stamp 4 EUFam
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
