Job summary

Hickey's Pharmacy in Dundalk is seeking a Support Pharmacist to join the team. This 38-hour permanent role involves daily management of the dispensary and ensuring compliance with controlled drugs regulations while driving customer service excellence.

You must hold PSI registration and a Pharmacy degree, and be capable of working under pressure, multi-tasking, and taking initiative to support store performance. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Pharmacist to join the team in our Hickeys Dundalk store.

This is a 38-hour permanent position.

The team currently comprises a Store Manager, 1 Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief Pharmacist and 2 Technicians.

This store has manageable items and services.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary
• Take final responsibility within the store for Stock Management specifically relating to, purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking
• Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to
• Take final responsibility for Pharmacy Presentation Standards

Requirements

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
