Job summary

Apple Cork is seeking an ambitious SDE Data Analyst to lead end-to-end execution for product lines in the EMEIA region, translating priorities into automated plans and supporting capital projects.

You will coordinate across Online, Retail and Reseller routes, drive NPIs and peak events, and use SAP, BI tools and AI/Data Science to improve processes and scale from detail to strategy.

An opportunity exists for an ambitious, highly motivated professional to join the Supply Demand Execution (SDE) team as an SDE Data Analyst. We are looking for forward-thinking individuals who will be tasked with leading the end to end execution process for a number of our product lines, support & lead capital projects along with translating business priorities into a systematic & automated plan. This role is pivotal to meeting and supporting the demand of our customers within the EMEIA region (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa). This is a meaningful role that provides execution leadership on a cross functional basis across the wider operations organisation. Do you think strategically & anticipate change in direction? Responsibilities

• Lead the execution activities for your designated product lines, ensuring a seamless exceptions-based process.
• Identify, communicate and resolve any issues impacting the plan with the critical focus being on the customer. The scope of the execution activities will be managing across the Online, Retail and Reseller routes to market.
• Evaluate risks to the execution plan and proactively work with internal teams to implement contingencies & mitigate risk to achieving execution goal.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), Quarter End and other peak event execution plans with a keen eye on simplification while at the same time balancing customer requirements and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across the operations organisation to drive alignment on all key execution activities, particularly NPIs.
• Scale from operational detail to strategic perspective to ensure the best solutions are identified across all partner teams, influencing and delivering process & system innovation as part of the SDE strategy leveraging SAP, BI tools and AI / Data Science solutions.
• This role will provide the opportunity to innovate & drive multiple projects on SAP, Data Science solutions, Business Intelligence tools to support the strategic goals of Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and numerical skills to identify trends & business opportunities.
• Comfortable using BI reporting tools & data visualisation tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of dealing with complex large data sets.
• Data management skills with an ability to translate business requirements into a systems plan on Enterprise Solutions.
• Technically minded & comfortable in system configuration on SAP, managing tables & translating business requirements into a technical plan.
• Experienced in stitching across multiple groups (business & technical teams), influencing & gaining support on process change and system design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex system execution plans to executive teams both regionally and globally.

Preferred Qualifications

• A relevant third-level degree e.g. Supply Chain, BIS, Data Science, Engineering or Business related field would be an advantage however, if you have relevant experience or similar field you are encouraged to apply.
• Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
• Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage.
• Relevant operations experience, preferably in a high-tech or computer related industry.
• Ability to manoeuvre and manage through complex situations, examples being New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Complex Systems issues.
