Abbott Diabetes Care Kilkenny is seeking a Supplier Chain Specialist to coordinate diverse supply chain projects and manage material flow for validation and engineering activities. The role works with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely resource availability and project progress.

You will lead projects, monitor activities, and report on material supply and inventory while coordinating line downtime and NPIs. Strong communication and SAP/Excel skills are valued.

Formación

• Minimum NFQ Level 7 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excel experience preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead various supply chain projects and provide regular status reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that material is available on time and in full.
• Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects and tasks.
• Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
• Coordinate material requests for validation and engineering runs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project updates, material supply and inventory levels.
• Work cross functionally to assess, coordinate and track planned line downtime required for projects.
• Participate in cross-functional projects including NPIs, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Support other Supply Chain functions as required.
