Job summary

Catalyx are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our on-site team in Cork, Ireland. The role focuses on planning and controlling materials and finished goods to meet OTIF targets and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will work across departments to implement new processes, optimize inventory tactics, and collaborate with Global Planning and suppliers to drive business goals. Strong ERP experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or MSc
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of ERP, production scheduling and inventory concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SAP/DB2/Access and Excel
• Knowledge of cGMP operations

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to meet OTIF and inventory targets.
• Coordinate across departments to optimize supply chain results.
• Implement new processes and inventory tactics to support business goals.
• Provide input to senior team on forecasting challenges.
• Plan and control materials and finished goods to meet demand/OTIF.
• Create work orders, purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Adjust schedules based on production progress and changes.
• Use approved methods to decide inventory transfers and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with Global Planning, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
