Job summary

FAAC Electronics Limited in Dublin 24 is seeking a proactive Material Planner to manage supplier components, ensuring continuity of supply and supporting production planning. You will work closely with Purchasing and Production to maintain optimal inventories and timely material availability.

In this role, you will monitor stock, coordinate delivery dates, and drive performance improvements with SAP and MS Office, ensuring quality and on-time materials for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Right to work in Ireland and availability to start within 6–8 weeks.
• IIPMM, APICS or equivalent Purchasing qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute PO management to ensure timely actions and correct ordering.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage deliveries to support production schedules.
• Address supplier issues and coordinate with Planning to resolve delays.
