Job summary

Harper Finley is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a full-time, permanent role in Castledermot, Co. Kildare. You will coordinate supply movements, monitor supplier performance, and optimize transport schedules to drive cost efficiency and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in supply chain planning, a relevant degree, strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems and Excel. EU/EEA candidates are eligible; visa support is not offered.

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, supply planning, production planning or logistics planning.
Desirable third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and KPI monitoring experience.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate supply movements to meet operational requirements.
Monitor supply availability, supplier performance and KPIs.
Coordinate transport schedules and optimise logistics costs and vehicle utilisation.
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams for timely movements.
Maintain accurate supply records, schedules and documentation.
Prepare and manage supplier agreements with necessary approvals.
Resolve supply and transport issues to minimise disruption.
Produce performance reports and identify process improvements.
Support wider supply chain planning activities and continuous improvement.
