Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment in Cork, Ireland is seeking an experienced planning professional to own end-to-end supply chain planning and optimise the flow of materials, products and information to meet service, cost and working-capital objectives.

The role requires 5-10+ years in supply chain planning or operations, with a related-field qualification. You will lead S&OP processes, drive continuous improvement and coach planning teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5-10+ years' experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain planning ensuring efficient flow of materials, products and information.
• Balance demand forecasting, production scheduling, order management, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create and execute manufacturing plans.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes to align demand, supply and financial plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or advanced planning tools.
• Lead, coach and develop planning and CS teams.
