Jabil in Ireland seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead containment and resolution of supplier quality issues. You will act as a technical focal point to work with manufacturers and communicate status on non-conforming parts across programs.

Defines inspection processes and directs IQC personnel in daily activities, while evaluating supplier performance and driving improvements. You will ensure corrective actions, supplier base optimization, and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with supplier quality, SCAR process and containment actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead containment and resolution of supplier quality issues across programs.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive proactive supplier process improvement and defect reduction.
• Define, develop and implement supplier quality inspection plans and methods.
• Provide updates to Quality Engineering Manager on strategy execution.
• Support NPI activities through involvement in AQP and quality control.
• Ensure timely resolution of production-critical supplier issues and implement corrective actions.
