Jabil is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to represent the quality function of technical support across manufacturing on global accounts. You will serve as a liaison between Jabil Circuit and customers or suppliers on quality-related issues, driving APQP-based planning and process improvements.

The role emphasizes QA planning, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant and timely product introductions and issue resolution across global sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of global new product introductions utilizing APQP and process optimization.
• Provide support for all quoting activities in design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and input to inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Support global training programs by developing and delivering specialized training sessions.
• Develop systems for document storage, access and review pertaining to global customer accounts.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive action efforts.
• Interface with departments on Policies and Procedures and support Process Improvement initiatives.
