Job summary

ARTO in Ireland seeks a supplier quality specialist to lead supplier readiness for barcode readiness, support PPAP/validation approval, and ensure MDR durability and traceability requirements are met.

You will coordinate NC resolution, change control, and inventory disposition with ME/QE teams; maintain audit-ready MDR documentation; and collaborate with Manufacturing/Quality Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, PMO, and Enterprise Supplier Quality using PLM and CAPA platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong self-directed supplier readiness experience in fast-paced environments.
• MDR/UDI supplier implementation and barcode equipment readiness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier engagement on barcode readiness, kickoffs, implementation tracking and PPAP/validation approval.
• Ensure MDR durability and traceability requirements are met by suppliers.
• Coordinate NC resolution, change control and inventory disposition with ME/QE teams.
• Maintain audit-ready MDR documentation.

Preferred:

MDR/UDI supplier implementation and barcode equipment readiness experience.
