Job summary

Modern Tyres Ireland (Retail) Limited in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Supervisor to support the Branch Manager and, in their absence, take full responsibility for running the branch. You will lead the team to deliver excellent service, sales and quality targets in a customer‑facing environment while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and adherence to company policies.

• Good technical and motor vehicle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively work on motor vehicles on the workshop floor.
• Achieve company and branch objectives & targets.
• Ensuring all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner.
• Recording all relevant details on our in-house systems.
• Supporting Branch Manager as requested e.g. audits.
• Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner.
• Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
• Adhering fully to the Company’s operations manual.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.

Job Summary

As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets etc in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety

Key Tasks Required
