Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Dublin is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead shifts, drive excellent customer service, and uphold high standards of store presentation and performance.

You will guide colleagues on the shop floor, monitor service levels, and support daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store. The role requires strong communication, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
