Maxi Zoo Ireland is recruiting a Supervisor for our Tallaght Arena store. You will lead the sales team, engage customers with expert product recommendations, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our passion for pets.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, staff development, and maintaining stock integrity while delivering great customer experiences in a busy pet retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder.
• A genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for pets.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and memorable visits.
• Strong team spirit and inclusive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement- Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere.
• Merchandising and Inventory- Ensure shelves are stocked and available to minimise discrepancies.
• Team Champion- Support Store Manager and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder with product knowledge.
• Band Integrity- Maintain targets with pets' needs at the forefront of all activities.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder.

What you will do:

• Customer Engagement- Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere.
• Merchandising and Inventory- Curate an enticing shopping experience by ensuring shelves stocked with full product availability to minimise inventory discrepancies and maintain high inventory quality
• Team Champion- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, inspire and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder by sharing your product knowledge, fostering a culture of support and open communication.
• Band Integrity- Achieve targets keeping the pets needs at the forefront of everything we do.
