Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager/Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain efficient rotas and merchandising, while supporting colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on brand values, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with emphasis on customer queries and adopting new ways of working in a busy Centra store.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
