Job summary

Centra Westport is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure the shopping experience is outstanding. You will engage with customers, answer queries, and help keep shelves well presented. You will embody Centra brand-values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.

You will work in a fast-paced store, prioritising customer needs, using initiative, and partnering with colleagues to deliver great service and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main purpose of the role:
