Qualifications

Fat Phill’s is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in the food industry who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and maintaining excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Support store manager in day-to-day operations
• Assist with staff training and development
• Daily cash up duties
• Food preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or food environment
