Job summary

Junction 14 Mayfield in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, is seeking an energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the department, ensuring top-quality service and cleanliness.

You will drive sales, coach staff and maintain a positive, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership in food retail, a track record of team development, at least 1 year in a supervisor role, and solid HACCP/food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with experience in Food Retail and Sales.
• Track record of leading, motivating and developing a team.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader position.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team while ensuring the department maintains high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Continuously bring forth ideas to increase sales and standards.
• Create a positive working environment within the team.
• Roster shifts and take responsibility for operational running of the department.
• Achieve all KPIs and targets; ensure HACCP documentation is up to date.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor:

• To ensure that all complaints are dealt with immediately, promptly and efficiently.
