Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by combining data engineering with AI strategy. You will unify enterprise data, guide architecture decisions, and deliver real-time, intelligent insights across Salesforce data clouds.

Role focuses on optimizing data platforms, enabling AI-driven personalization, and ensuring privacy and governance best practices within customer solutions. Remote collaboration with global teams is common.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Good understanding of data modelling, integration and data governance best practices.
• Proven success in implementing CDP/AI projects within a Customer Success context.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of AI and data-related industry trends.
• Value data ethics and privacy in customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for Agentforce/Data Cloud within the Success Architect group.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimise technical architecture, dev/ops, performance and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions with Executive stakeholders and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
• Influence customers’ success by guiding data architecture and AI deployments.
