Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Subway Team Member for Jobstown to join a fast-paced frontline team. You’ll support daily operations, ensure a clean shop floor, assist with food preparation, and help deliver a great guest experience.

You will interact with customers, follow Subway procedures, and collaborate with management to hit weekly targets while enjoying staff discounts, development opportunities, and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Food preparation.
• Follow and enforce Subway manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
