Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd. in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a temporary Christmas Sales Assistant to join our experiential retail team. This role offers 12 hours per week with full weekend and weekday flexibility, and a base salary of €14.85 per hour plus commission.

You will engage customers with warmth, provide styling advice, and reflect our values in every interaction. As a brand ambassador, you’ll build connections, deliver memorable moments, and contribute to community engagement while supporting

Responsibilities

• Host from the heart and lead every interaction with warmth, intention, presence and authenticity, creating meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Build genuine connections with customers, offering advice and styling guidance with empathy and care
• Create memorable and inspiring moments that align with our experiential retail pillars of Community and Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration and Innovation
• Bring curiosity and creativity to everything you do, finding new ways to inspire meaningful experiences for our customers.
• Radiate positivity and enthusiasm, uplifting both customers and your team
• Take ownership of each experience, noticing the small details, leaning in fully and shaping moments that matter
• Share your knowledge of products and materials with confidence, while maintaining a self-led learning mindset
• Act as a true brand ambassador, championing our values, driving loyalty through our CRM programme and connecting meaningfully with your local community
