Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd in Dublin is seeking a skilled Piercer to join our growing jewellery studio. You will perform precise piercings, uphold hygiene standards, and provide styling advice in a welcoming space.

We value a year of studio experience, positivity, and empathy. Flexible hours available; commission on sales and brand-ambassador responsibilities reward your artistry and customer care.

• At least 1 year experience working in a piercing studio.

• Host from the Heart, creating a warm, intentional space where every customer feels seen, valued and cared for, while holding space with empathy and compassion, especially during sensitive moments

• Lead on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you

What you'll need to thrive:

• This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1 year experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

1. Values Interview: a 30 min video call with our Talent Team to get to know you better, learning more about your journey, what motivates you and how you like to work.

2. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo, alongside your Store Manager who will chat through your experience, skill-set and what you're looking for in your next role.
