Dublin Business School (DBS) is seeking a Student Experience Officer to advise on educational and welfare needs and organise support for students to enhance their academic journey.

The successful candidate will promote access to services, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate activities with the Student Union and DBS staff. The role is based in Dublin and involves engaging with students across the DBS community.

Competenze

• Experience in student services or welfare support.
• Ability to advise on academic progression and welfare issues.
• Confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Undertake the role of Student Experience Officer to ensure all students have equal access to support services and enhance their experience.
• Develop and operate student support services and promote these services to the student body.
• Provide information and guidance on academic and welfare issues and record all activity in CRM or equivalent systems.
• Represent Student Services at internal DBS meetings and assist with campaigns and events.
• Organise activities around themed weeks (e.g., Mental Health Week, Disabilities Support Week).
