Role Overview

The Student Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective students, providing course information, and converting enquiries into enrolments. The role operates under the direction of the Sales Manager and must comply with all company policies, procedures, systems, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students via phone and email.
• Provide accurate course, study, and payment information.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Process enrolments accurately and compliantly.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 80 outbound calls per day.
• Follow up all assigned leads and opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum 10% enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rate.
• Achieve and exceed enrolment targets set by management.

Sales & Quality Compliance

• Follow approved sales processes and scripts.
• Participate in call monitoring and quality assurance reviews.
• Maintain a minimum quality assurance score of 80%.
• Apply feedback provided by management and quality assurance teams.

CRM Management

• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Log all calls, emails, SMS messages, and student interactions.
• Update deals, notes, and pipeline activities.
• Ensure all tasks and assigned deals are actioned daily.
