Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in Dublin is seeking a Divisional Director - Valuations & Advisory to lead the Valuation & Advisory team. You will deliver high-quality valuation advice, manage instructions, and build client relationships across commercial property and land assets.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path to Divisional Director, and exposure to an international real estate network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial property valuations experience.
• MRICS or MSCSI Chartered Valuations Surveyor designation.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar valuation software.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial property and land valuations across various asset classes.
• Conduct property inspections and provide expert valuation advice.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
• Manage and deliver valuation instructions to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a network of key market contacts.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to win new instructions.
