Responsibilities

• Identify and understand emerging market needs for new product development.
• Define client needs and translate into clear product requirements.
• Design and conceptualise potential solutions with sketches and prototypes.
• Partner with Systems, Technology and Change Management to plan delivery.
• Act as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams to drive delivery and governance.
• Support adoption and roadmap decisions based on client feedback.
