Job summary

Catalyx, a machine vision and automation company, seeks a Supply Chain Planner to join the customer site in Cork. You will plan and control materials and finished goods to meet OTIF and distribution targets, liaising with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA in a relevant field (MS preferred) and strong SAP/Excel experience, enabling continuous improvement and accurate forecasting across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in supply chain, logistics or related field; or relevant experience with Master’s degree.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communications skills with computer systems experience.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control materials and finished goods to meet OTIF and distribution demand.
• Compile and analyze data to aid decision-making.
• Generate documents: work orders, purchase orders, material transfers, shipping docs.
• Track progress and adjust schedules per production progress and constraints.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies to optimize supply chain results.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies or processes.
