Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Supply Chain Planner for a growing manufacturing business where you will own production planning, demand forecasting, material availability and customer service performance to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining efficient inventory levels.

You will build strong relationships with suppliers, coordinate purchasing of raw materials, monitor inbound deliveries, and generate regular supply chain reports and KPIs to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating production or demand plans and balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service performance.
• Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production and demand plans to support customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
• Converting forecasts into supply plans while identifying risks around capacity, materials or lead times.
• Coordinating purchasing and scheduling of raw materials and packaging to ensure production continuity.
• Building relationships with suppliers and monitoring inbound deliveries to sustain supply.
