Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Ireland offers a two-year full-time rotational program designed to accelerate your career in Operations and Supply Chain. It features three eight-month rotations across Demand Planning, Global Distribution, Strategic Sourcing and Production Scheduling, plus Business Excellence and Operations Supervision.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop a global mindset while using MS Office tools in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or Technology Management.
• Leadership capabilities demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences.
• Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three, eight-month rotations across Demand Planning, Global Distribution, Strategic Sourcing and Supply Planning & Production Scheduling, Business Excellence and Operations Supervision.
• Support process improvements and business excellence initiatives across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Develop leadership capabilities and practical business knowledge through hands-on roles.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality and regulatory compliance within healthcare manufacturing.
